天津软弱地层沉降对小直径隧道变形影响数值模拟研究

    Numerical simulation study on influence of soft ground settlement on deformation of small diameter tunnel in Tianjin

    • 摘要: 针对软弱地层沉降引发既有小直径盾构隧道纵向变形问题,以天津软弱地层某外径3.5 m排水盾构隧道为工程依托,采用软土蠕变本构模型,通过建立地层-隧道三维数值模型研究排水隧道修建完成后地层沉降规律及其对隧道的影响,并进一步对比排水隧道在满管和空管状态下的变形差异。研究结果表明:①“隧道+无检查井”区间内地表和隧道整体均表现为均匀沉降,当地层固结至100 a时,地表平均沉降量达到约0.27 m;隧道最大沉降达到约0.15 m。②“隧道+有检查井”区间内地层表现为均匀沉降,在地层固结至100 a时最大沉降达到约0.31 m;而隧道整体表现为不均匀沉降,在地层固结至100 a时最大沉降达到约0.18 m;隧道在与检查井连接处出现了明显的差异沉降,在地层固结至10 a和100 a时分别达到约0.03,0.07 m。③满管状态下排水隧道的沉降显著增加,在地层固结至100 a时,最大沉降由空管时的0.15 m增加至0.18 m,但沉降趋势不变,纵向曲率半径与空管时几乎一致。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of longitudinal deformation of existing drainage shield tunnels caused by settlement in soft strata, taking a drainage shield tunnel with an outer diameter of 3.5 m in the soft soil strata of Tianjin as the engineering case soil, a soft soil creep constitutive model is adopted. By establishing a 3D stratum-tunnel numerical model, the stratum settlement law after the completion of the drainage tunnel and its influence on the tunnel are studied, and the deformation differences of the drainage tunnel in full-pipe and empty-pipe states are further compared. The research results show that: (1) In the "tunnel + no inspection well" section, the surface and the tunnel as a whole show uniform settlement. When the stratum is consolidated for 100 years, the average surface settlement reaches about 0.27 m, and the maximum tunnel settlement reaches about 0.15 m. (2) In the "tunnel + with inspection well" section, the stratum shows uniform settlement, with the maximum settlement reaching about 0.31 m after 100 years of stratum consolidation; while the tunnel shows non-uniform settlement, with the maximum settlement reaching about 0.18 m after 100 years of consolidation. Obvious differential settlement occurs at the connection between the tunnel and the inspection well, reaching about 0.03 m and 0.07 m at 10 years and 100 years of stratum consolidation, respectively. (3) The settlement of the drainage tunnel in the full-pipe state increases significantly. When the stratum is consolidated for 100 years, the maximum settlement increases from 0.15 m in the empty-pipe state to 0.18 m, but the settlement trend remains unchanged, and the longitudinal curvature radius is almost the same as that in the empty-pipe state.
