负泊松比土工格室-砂界面剪切性状研究

    Investigation on the shear behavior of negative Poission's ratio geocell-sand interface

    • 摘要: 设计并通过3D打印技术制造了一种具有蜂窝状结构的负泊松比(NPR)土工格室,使用直剪仪对NPR土工格室与砂土界面的应力-位移行为进行了研究,并与素土和传统土工格室的界面剪切特性做了对比。研究表明:在低法向应力下,松散NPR土工格室与砂土界面表现出较大峰值应力和剪胀,而在较高法向应力下,应力-位移行为则与素土以及传统土工格室加固砂土界面行为一致。对于松散试样,传统土工格室与砂土界面强度较高;对于密实试样,NPR土工格室与砂土界面强度较高。土工格室类型对残余状态线的影响有限,但相对密实度的影响显著,松散试样的残余强度低于密实试样。松散试样在孔隙率与法向应力平面中的残余状态线截距较高。

       

      Abstract: This study designed and fabricated a honeycomb-structured auxetic (Negative Poisson's Ratio, NPR) geocell using 3D printing technology. The stress-displacement behavior at the interface between the NPR geocell and sand was investigated using a direct shear apparatus, with comparisons made to the interfacial shear characteristics of unreinforced sand and traditional (PPR) geocells. The research demonstrates that under low normal stress, the interface between NPR geocells and loose sand exhibits higher peak stress and pronounced dilatancy, whereas under higher normal stress, the stress-displacement behavior aligns with that of unreinforced sand and PPR geocell reinforced sand interfaces. For loose specimens, the interfacial strength of PPR geocells with sand is higher, while for dense specimens, the NPR geocell-sand interface shows greater strength. The type of geocell has limited influence on the residual state line, whereas the relative density significantly affects it, with loose specimens exhibiting lower residual strength compared to dense ones. The residual state line of loose specimens in the void ratio-normal stress plane presents a higher intercept.
