Prestressed Cable Anchors and Its Reinforcing Effects on Deep-Buried Caverns
Constructional and load-carrying characteristics of prestressed cable anchors is introduced. Based on a historical case, reinforcing effects of prestressed cable anchors on deep-buried caverns in soft rock-mass is presented. Finally, the general principles of reinforcement of the deep-buried caverns by prestressed cable anchors were derived.
