Settlement Analysis of Residual Clay Foundation

Residual clay in the foundation of Shenzhen airport runway was studied. In combination with settlement measurement data, the engineering properties of residual clay were analysed. K0 formula based on elastic-plastic constitutive relation was presented. Suggestiones about some problems concerned with settlement analysis were made. These results can be provided as a reference for settlement analysis.
