Scale optimization of water and soil conservation measures based on rational allocation of water resources

Using the simulated results of hydrological response to water and soil conservation,a coupling model was established,that is,the optimization model of water and soil conservation measures based on the optimized allocation of water resources.The optimization solution to the model was obtained through GA.The best scale of water and soil conservation measures was obtained based on the optimized allocation of water resources in different planning years.It would offer a new way and references for water and soil erosion control and rectification and regulation of water resources.
