Influence of pre-existing fractures on stress measurement results of hydraulic fracturing

In this paper, practical test results of in situ stress measurements of hydraulic fracturing being taken as examples, by analysis on test record and calculation results of in situ stress, combined with the packer impression and acoustic imaging test results, the influence of pre-existing fracture on the results of in situ stress measurements of hydraulic fracturing was discussed and analyzed, and also reasonable suggestion for relevant data processing method were presented.
