  • The measured settlement data of a large dry-dock were analyzed in detail.Based on the research results for soil swelling and recompression accumulated in more than 20 years,the synthetic analysis method was adopted.From several different points of view and with comprehension of relevant theory and experience,some beneficial and useful conclusions has been obtained,which can be used to solve geotechnical problem in Shanghai for similar projects.
