Application and analysis of new type filter structure in slope protection engineering

  • 摘要: 本文针对长江中游湖广—罗湖洲西河铺岸滩不良地质,提出了一种由三维聚丙烯网芯与两层针刺并经热处理的无纺土工布通过热粘合作用形成的“M”型新型反滤结构。通过室内试验表明,新型排水垫的透水、保土以及防淤堵均满足反滤材料技术要求;通过综合比较及工程现场应用表明,新型反滤结构在不良地质护坡中能够取得较好效果,具有较好的推广价值。
    Abstract: A new “M” type filter structure is put forward to solve the infiltration problem of bad geology in Xihepu slope of Huguang-Luohuzhou reach in the middle of Changjiang River. The structure is made of polypropylene mesh core and nonwoven fabric through thermal bonding. The fabric is made by two layers of knitting and heat treatment. The indoor experimental results show that the permeability, soil conservation and anti-clogging property of the new structure can meet the structural stability requirements of revetment engineering. Comprehensive comparison and field test results show that the new structure is applicable to the slope protection engineering in bad geological areas, and it has a better promotion value in the future.
