基于现场大型直剪试验的砂泥岩混合料抗剪强度研究

    Shear strength of compacted sandstone-mudstone mixtures based on field large-scale direct shear tests

    • 摘要: 开展砂泥岩混合碾压填方料抗剪强度参数测试及影响因素分析,对指导混合料超高填方边坡稳定性评价、设计及施工具有重要意义。在四川省绵阳市境内某天然气处理厂4个超高填方边坡区内,开展13个砂岩与泥岩碾压后混合填料现场大型直剪试验,研究含石率﹑含水率及正应力对抗剪强度参数的影响规律。研究表明:砂岩与泥岩碾压混合料的综合抗剪强度参数黏聚力c为34.93 kPa,内摩擦角φ为31.38°;混合填方料的抗剪强度参数黏聚力c随含石率的增大而降低,内摩擦角φ随含石率的增大而增大;混合填方料的抗剪强度参数黏聚力c和内摩擦角φ随含水率的增大而减小;含水率对抗剪强度参数的影响远大于含石率的影响,施工过程中应该重点关注含水率的变化。研究成果对确保混合料超高填方边坡稳定具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: The tests on the shear strength parameters of the compacted sandstone-mudstone mixtures as well as the analyses of their influencing factors are meaningful to guide the stability evaluation, design and construction of ultra-high fill slopes. Taking a natural gas processing plant in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province as an example, 13 field large-scale shear tests from 4 ultra-high fill slopes are carried out to study the effects of the rock content, water content and normal stress on the shear strength parameters. The results show that: (1) The comprehensive shear strength parameter of sandstone and mudstone mixtures is 34.93 kPa, and the internal friction angle φ is 31.38°. (2) The shear strength parameter c decreases with the increase of the stone content, and the internal friction angle φ increases with the increase of the stone content. (3) The shear strength parameters c and internal friction angle φ of mixed fill decrease with the increase of the water content. (4) The influences of the water content on the shear strength parameters are greater than those of the stone content, and the change of the water content should be paid attention to during construction. The research results are of great significance for ensuring the stability of ultra-high fill mixture slopes.
