In this paper the seepage pattern of saturated marine ooze is presented through the explosion experiments. It is non linear under the wave pressure gradient. The draining time is delayed and the critical draining time is t *. The calculated results indicate that the initial settlement of soil after blasting is small, which is approximately accordant to the experimental results.
