冻结孔偏斜下冻结壁温度场的形成特征与分析

Analysis for features of the freezing temperature field under deflective pipes

  • 摘要: 冻结法工程中的造孔总存在一定的偏斜,以工程实际参数为基础,考虑了土层中水的相态变化和冻结温度随冻结时间变化等因素,利用大型有限元软件,对冻结孔随机偏斜和无偏斜条件下冻结壁的形成及其温度场特征进行详细地分析,得出了冻结管偏斜下,冻结孔交圈时间、冻结壁厚度、冻结壁平均温度等主要技术参数,提出了偏斜条件下冻结壁平均温度的计算公式,对深井冻结设计和多排冻结管温度场的研究有重要的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In freezing method there is always some deflection in boring freezing hole.On the basis of parameters of a practical project,and consideration of the phase change of water content in soil and the variation of freezing temperature,the features of the temperature field in frozen wall with and without deflection freezing pipes is analyzed with the Finite Element Calculation Software.Some key technical parameters,such as circlecrossing time the thickness and the average temperature of the frozen wall under deflective pipes are obtained.The formulae to calealate average temperature of frozen wall are put forward.It gives instructions to design of deep well and investigation of temperature ture field with multirow freezing pipes.
