碟形弹簧桩帽受力分析及打桩优化计算

Mechanical Analysis of Disc-Spring Cap and Optimization on Pile Driving

  • 摘要: 本文对碟形弹簧的受力特性进行了分析,导出了考虑摩擦力影响时碟形弹簧的荷载—变形关系;分析了碟形弹簧恢复系数的影响因素,提出了用碟形弹簧组合刚度来反映其恢复系数的设想,并用指数函数来拟合,得到了碟形弹簧恢复系数与其组合刚度的关系。碟形弹簧桩帽可以按不同的组合方式取得各种所需的参数,本文编制了打桩优化计算程序,在一定的桩、土和锤的条件下,找到了打桩的最佳参数组合。最后,经考核可知,选择计算得到的最佳参数能明显地提高打桩的效率,同时又能较好地保证打桩的质量。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical behavior of the disc-spring was analyzed. The load-deformation relation of the disc-spring considered frictional action has been inferred. Influential factors on the restitution coefficient of the disc-spring was analyzed. An idea was proposed that the restitution coefficient can be reflected with the combined stiffness of the disc-spring and their relation can be expressed by modelling of index function. Disc-spring driving cap can be arranged in various combinations, and the parameters can be obtianed. Program for optimization on pile driving, is presented and optimum combination of parameters on pile driving under a certain condition including pile, soil and hammer can be found. Example showed that by using the optimum combination of parameters obtained by the program the driving efficiency in-creased obviously and quality of the pile driving can also be ensured.
