后压浆灌注桩基承载力计算方法比较研究

  • 摘要: 以皖北某大桥新建项目桩基为例,分别采用建筑桩基技术规范、侧阻端阻分项增强系数、总极限承载力增强系数、公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范、只考虑桩端改善承载力计算方法5种方法对进行后压浆技术处理后的桩基极限承载力进行计算,与现场试验值对比分析,结果表明:优先采用侧阻、端阻分项增强系数法,其次采用建筑桩基技术规范方法,不宜采用公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范和只考虑桩端承载力改善后压浆桩基承载力计算方法。

     

    Abstract: Based on the pile foundation of a bridge in northern area of Anhui province, five methods are used to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundation after post grouting, including the technical codes for building pile foundations, the respective enhancement coefficients of the friction of pile side and the resistance of pile tip, the enhancement coefficient of the total ultimate bearing capacity, the codes for design of grouting base and foundation of highway bridges and culverts, and the method for bearing capacity which only considers pile tip improvement. The test results are compared with the in-situ values and show that the method of respective enhancement coefficients of the friction of pile side and the resistance of pile tip is adopted preferentially, and the second one is the technical codes for building pile foundations. It is not good to use the method of the codes for design of grouting base and foundation of highway bridges and culverts and the one only considering pile tip improvement.
