防护栏支柱-地基的弹簧模型分析

Spring model for guardrail post-foundation

  • 摘要: 提出一种行之有效的方法模拟护栏立柱与地基之间的耦合作用。通过ABAQUS有限元软件来通过建立在支柱的轴向方向和圆周方向上分配弹簧单元,弹簧单元所受的反力使支柱产生水平变形。在确定模型数值分析结果的理论解析手法有效性的同时,对于弹簧单元的设定数量n和荷载P作用的方向角度θ产生的影响等进行讨论,同时得出任意弹簧的弹簧系数Ks和任一个弹簧的极限承载力的解析解。对于工程中圆周方向上将其布置弹簧单元的数量,也得到验证:在圆周方向上将其布置8或者12个弹簧单元的数目取时,因荷载方向角度不同而产生的弹簧系统反力之差就会变小,对于在圆周方向上布置12个弹簧单元工况下,相同的位移U下的荷载P,与θ等于0°时相比较,这个差值大约在2%以内的结论。结果表明,立柱–地基模型是有效的、切实可行的,并可在护栏设计中应用。

     

    Abstract: An effective method is proposed to simulate the action between the guardrail post and the foundation. The finite element software ABAQUS is adopted to analyzed the allocated spring element along the axial and the circumferential directions of the post. Horizontal distortion of the post will be generated when reaction applied on the spring element. In determining the results of numerical model for the effectiveness of the theoretical analytic techniques, the impacts of the number n of spring element and direction angle θ of load P are discussed. Meanwhile, the spring coefficient Ks and the analytical solution of the ultimate bearing capacity of arbitrary spring are gained. The number of spring element along the circumferential direction of the post in actual projects is also verified: when 8 or 12 spring element are arranged along the circumferenctial direction, the difference of the reaction of the spring system will become smaller owing to different loading directions. When 12 spring element are arranged along the circumferenctial direction, the load P under the same displacement is compared with that when θ=0°, the difference is within 2%. The results show that the post-foundation model is effective and feasible, and it can be used in the design of guardrail posts.
