Treatment of concrete chiselling of bored piles of excavations

  • 摘要: 结合工程实际探讨了围护灌注桩部分混凝土凿除后的抗弯承载力性状。首先通过概念分析,确定灌注桩混凝土凿除对承载力的影响因素;其次,采用数值分析的手段,确定灌注桩混凝土部分凿除后的抗弯承载力;最后,建立三维有限元模型,模拟各个施工阶段混凝土凿除后灌注桩工作状态时的弯矩分布。计算结果和实践均表明文中提出实施方案可行。
    Abstract: The flexural bearing capacity of bored piles with partially concrete chiseled is discussed. The adverse effects caused by partial concrete chiselling are considered through conception analysis. Numerical method is employed to determine the critical flexural bearing capacity of single bored pile. A 3D FEM model is established to analyze the moment distribution of bored piles during each excavation stage. The calculated results and practice both reveal that the proposed plan is feasible. |
