砂砾石面板坝关键技术研究

Research on key techniques of facing sandy gravel dam

  • 摘要: 利用自行研制的高压大型渗透-固结仪,对原级配砂砾石料的渗透稳定性、内部冲蚀变形以及垫层料、过渡区、主堆石区和排水体之间的渗透稳定性关系进行了较为深入系统的研究,得出了若干有意义的结论。此外,还介绍了我们研制成功的新型面板周边逢双金属波纹止水结构。最后,总结了我们在工程实践中摸索出的一套在寒冷、干旱和多风地区有效减少混凝土面板裂缝,提高坝体填筑质量,加快施工进度的工程措施。以上研究成果对提高我国高砂砾石面板坝的建设水平具有较为重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the experimental study of seepage stability, internal erosion deformation and seepage stability relationship among cushion layer, transition zone, rock-fill zone and drainage filter of un-scale sandy gravel is implemented by means of the large-size consolidation seepage apparatus. Moreover, a new type sealing structure of peripheral joint of concrete face is introduced. Finally, based on engineering practices, a series of engineering measures, which can effectively reduce the cracks of concrete face,assure the filling quality of dam and accelerate the construction process in the cold,drought and windy region,is summarized and some suggestions are pointed out. Obviously, these are helpful to the construction of similar projects in the future.
