考虑土体盐碱化影响的注浆絮凝-真空预压法加固疏浚淤泥试验研究

Experimental study on consolidation of dredged sludge by grouting flocculation-vacuum preloading method considering the influence of soil salinization

  • 摘要: 为了解决疏浚淤泥渗透性差和排水固结时间长等难题,常常采用絮凝-真空预压法处理,针对既有地基,提出注浆絮凝-真空预压的地基处理方法。本文针对不同初始含水率的土体,设计并开展了注入不同石灰掺量加固疏浚淤泥室内模型试验研究,试验过程中监测了孔隙水压力、排水量、沉降量的变化,试验结束后检测了土体的pH值、含盐量、含水率及十字板剪切强度等指标。研究得出了考虑强度增长和土体盐碱化影响的注浆絮凝-真空预压法的最优石灰掺量,然后通过龙湾二期滨海湿地修复工程的现场试验进一步验证了注浆絮凝-真空预压法的有效性。本研究结论可为类似疏浚淤泥处理工程应用提供设计参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of poor permeability and long drainage consolidation time of dredged sludge, flocculation-vacuum preloading method is often used to treat the existing foundation, and a foundation treatment method of grouting flocculation combined with vacuum preloading is proposed. The indoor model test of soil with different initial water content and dredging silt was carried out by controlling different lime content, and the changes of pore water pressure, displacement and settlement were monitored. After the test, the pH value, total salt content of soil, soil water content and vane shear strength were detected. The optimal lime content of grouting flocculation-vacuum preloading method to strengthen dredged sludge with different initial water content considering soil salinization is obtained. Then the effectiveness of grouting flocculation-vacuum preloading method is further verified by the field application of Longwan Phase II coastal wetland restoration project. The results of this study can provide reference for similar practical engineering applications.
