Design practice and monitoring analysis of deep excavations adjacent to protective historic buildings

  • 摘要: 介绍了上海外滩源33号项目地下3层深基坑的工程概况,该基坑具有规模较大、周边环境复杂、地质条件较差及工期紧等特点。针对本基坑的特点,对历史保护建筑和古树采取了预保护措施,采用逆作法、管幕法等方法辅以节点加固、设置临时支撑等措施,取得了不错的工程效果。本工程监测数据的分析结果可为今后类似工程提供参考。
    Abstract: The project overview of underground 3-story deep excavation located at No.33 on the Bund source in Shanghai is introduced. According to its properties of large scale, complex surroundings, unfavorable geological conditions and urgent schedule, pre-protection measures are taken for the protective historic buildings and ancient trees. The top-down method and pipe roof method are applied when measures such as joint strengthening and temporary bracing are adopted. Excellent engineering effects are achieved. The analysis results of the monitoring data may provide reference for similar projects in future.
