Abstract: The success or failure of a foundation pit is not a pure technical issue. The design, construction and local experience, cost control and so on will determine the economy and safety of the foundation pit. In view of large local difference of foundation pits and difficulty of construction control, Wanda Commercial Properties proposes a series of control methods to realize the whole process of the design and construction management control of the foundation pit from the aspects of exploration, design, construction and supervision and from all levels of group, project company, supervision company and construction company as well as from all dimensions of land acquisition, design analysis, construction control and long-term observation.
